He was not fazed by my presence and continual questions and he explained in terms I could understand exactly what he was doing. He advised me on the level of remap I needed and then ran a diagnostic on the vehicle, read my ECU and re mapped it in about an hour.He then accompanied me on a run to see if I was satisfied with the work and to make sure all was OK. On the way home I managed 56mpg, an increase of 9mpg. The car also had a noticeable improvement in acceleration throughout the range.A first class service and the most competitive price I could find by far.
